Since 1975, Mr G.TEMPEREAU CEO and main shareholder has reaffirmed his main objective as the development of the group whilst maintaining its sustainability. Thanks to a strong shareholding core, SERIS is still working on controlled and progressive growth with a vision to the future.
The family history, company sustainability and policy of transition to the next generation are strong distinguishing assets in the security market. This enables SERIS to show resilience in times of crisis thanks to the dedication of all employees and the trust of its clients.
The governance bodies
SERIS is a family business run by his foundator and Chairman, Guy TEMPEREAU with his two daughters, Céline TEMPEREAU-SAUVAGE and Audrey PROU, both Deputy Chief executive officers. The aims are to develop the international extension, to manage the investments and to run efficiently each country where SERIS is present
The core bodies governance are the international strategic Council and the advisory Council.
The advisory Council
All the family members attend to this meeting driving the aim to guarantee the Group extension and sustainability. The company strategy and its short, middle and long term investments policy belong to it.
Le Conseil Stratégique International
The main goals of the international Strategic Council is to analyse and control the Group results, to determine and follow the strategic objectives.
It’s composed of 6 permanent members :
- Guy Tempereau : Chairman
- Céline Tempereau-Sauvage : Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Audrey Prou : Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Antoine Massiet du Biest : Group Secretary General
- Arnaud Jamet : Executive President France and Luxembourg
- Danny Vandormael : Executive President Belgium and the Netherlands
Chairman of SERIS
Created in 1958, the company, having fallen into great difficulties, was taken over by Guy Tempereau in 1976. Thus at the age of 23, an accountant by profession with 6 years of experience, Guy wagered on the future. The development of the company would be rapid, because he knew that success lay in the diversification of activities and in geographic expansion.
In 30 years, Guy has thus taken hold of a small local company of thirty employees, driven it to the very top of its profession and given it a European dimension, not only by the successive acquisitions of numerous companies, in France, Belgium and The Netherlands, but also thanks to a constant organic growth.
Since its partnership with the group Amarante in October 2015, Guy TEMPEREAU increases the international development of the group and follows his original goal to propose to his clients all form of security.
Guy TEMPEREAU decided simultanously to name by its side his two daughters, Celine TEMPEREAU-SAUVAGE and Audrey PROU as Deputy Chief Executive officers, carrying, therefore, a vision of the future and a long term policy as long term projects in accordance to the family willingness.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of international business Master, she develops her first skills in marketing department for a big industrial Group.
After 4 years of experience, she entered in the family company and was in charge of business projects during 10 years, joining then purchase department for 5 years.
The 1st of January 2015, thanks to a great field knowledge of company issues and its challenges, she joined the Group Presidency according to the integration policy of the next generation.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
After 10 years as Director of a specialized retail point of sales, Audrey joined SERIS in 2012 as project manager by the Presidency.
Audrey has the role of supporting synergy, transfer of best practices between the various Group companies and optimize the management of change.
A graduate of Management master (Audencia Group Nantes – 2013), she was nominated as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in January 2015, the 1st.
Antoine MASSIET du BIEST
Group Secretary General
Graduate engineer and holder of a Master's Degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School, Antoine started his career in 1999 in Paris as M&A financial advisor (small & mid cap) within a French bank.
From 2007 to 2012 he held financial positions with the top managers of family-owned groups. He was notably in charge of investments, financing and deployment of new activities.
Antoine joined SERIS in 2012 as Director of Financial Operations & Acquisitions to pursue the Group international expansion strategy.
He was appointed as General Secretary to the Group on January, 1st 2016.
