In order to ensure the durability and independence of the family-owned Group and to pursue its sustainable and profitable growth, the company's governance is structured around two bodies: the Governance and Animation Board and the Executive Committee. 


The Group's Executive Committee (EXCOM) is responsible for implementing the policy defined by the Governance and Animation Board and for the operational management of the Group's activities in Europe and Africa. 




CEO of SERIS Group

Benoît Pedoussaut joined SERIS Group in October 2021. He is responsible for implementing the Group's strategy and policy and for the operational management of its activities in Europe and Africa. 
He previously managed the strategy and acquisitions of the family-owned Sonepar group, the world leader in the distribution of electrical equipment, after having held the position of Managing Director of Sonepar France, a company that he profoundly transformed for nearly 6 years.
He was previously with the La Poste Group where he managed for 7 years major transformation projects for the Mail (logistics) and Docapost (digital).
He started his career with the Essilor Group for 13 years where he held various business development positions in the United States and Asia before taking over the Sales Department of Hilti France for 5 years.


CEO of SERIS France

Eric FORESTIER has been CEO of SERIS France since March 2023. He graduated from INSEAD and began his career at Société Générale, with an international career. He then joined the world of B to B services, where he acquired a solid experience of 20 years of General Management in transport, within Petit Forestier and Cogepart in particular.

Tomasz WOJAK

CEO of SERIS Konsalnet (Poland)

Tomasz WOJAK is at Konsalnet Group since 1995 and a member of the management boards since 2000. On May 31, 2019, SERIS acquires Konsalnet, henceforth renamed SERIS Konsalnet. 
Tomasz WOJAK holds a Master's degree and an MBA and is also a lecturer at the WSB University in Warsaw. He is also President of the Polish Association of Employers (security agencies) as well as Vice-President of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs. He was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland for his engagement in employment support program for people with disabilities.



Tibo DEMOOR joined the SERIS Group at the beginning of June 2024 as CEO BeNeLux. Tibo has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his high-level international sporting career in ice hockey and his studies in physical therapy and osteopathy. Before joining SERIS, Tibo was Managing Director of Eurofins, the global bioanalysis giant. He has also worked in B2B services as Managing Director at Brady, an American company specialising in identification technology, and at HealthCity Basic-Fit, where he was one of the pioneers in the development of the fitness chain in the BeNeLux.

Patrick FERHAT

Director of Operations Africa

Patrick FERHAT joined the SERIS Group in 2009 with his in-depth knowledge of the security business acquired in the field as a former military officer and then as a security manager for military bases.

He then successfully moved through all the operational levels in France up to the South-East Regional Management before taking over the management of operations in Africa in 2017.


Group CFO

Daniel MURCIANO joined SERIS Group in 2020 as Group Chief Financial Officer. He has built his career as a Finance executive within several leaders in their field: Deloitte in financial audit, then Engie in transversal roles and Finance management, CMA CGM (maritime transport) as Central Financial Control and Accounting Director as well as during 2 missions in Interim management.


Group Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

With a strategic and operational vision of the Legal Director's job, structured by more than 20 years of experience in companies of various sizes and organisations, Sophie LECLERC has worked in various lines of business within the services sector.

Holder of a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law and of the Executive Master General Counsel Sciences Po, she was able to put her skills to good use as Legal Manager within the Accor Group for 10 years, and as Chief Legal Officer, member of the EXCOM of the B&B Hotels Group for more than 11 years. Sophie LECLERC joined SERIS Group in January 2021.


Group HR Director

Philippe Maurette joined the SERIS Group in January 2023. He has twenty years' experience in the Human Resources function, having held the position of HR Director in Services companies as Sodexo, Accor & ISS. He also has a double experience of HR consultant acquired during 8 years at Bossard and a COO position held for 4 years at watchmaking Girard-Perregaux Group.

During his career, he has been successfully supporting Executive Comittees and Human Resources teams, in particular in the context of transformation projects and human resources policies and processes implementation.

Christophe BRASSELET

Group Chief Growth & Transformation Officer

Christophe BRASSELET joined the SERIS Group in January 2024, as Chief Growth & Transformation Officer.

He has international experience acquired in the Strategy, Sales and Digital functions, within consumer groups (SC Johnson, Hilti), then at Accenture, on behalf of which he led large-scale digital transformations and contributed to the development of the activities of its portfolio of international clients.
