SERIS Group: a responsible player and member of the United Nations Global Compact

September 2024

Since joining the United Nations Global Compact in 2017, we, SERIS Group reaffirm, our commitment to promoting sustainable and responsible development. As a signatory, we integrate the Compact's 10 principles into all our activities, focusing on key issues such as human rights, international labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption. We are also committed to complying with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by aligning our strategies with these global objectives for a better future.

A concrete commitment to a sustainable future

At the heart of our commitment are :

  • Respect for Human rights: we ensure a respectful and fair working environment. This takes the form of issues that are at the heart of our strategy, whatever the country in which we operate, such as information security, solidarity initiatives and diversity and inclusion.

  • Environment: we are adopting innovative practices to reduce our environmental footprint, for example by recycling our business clothing and increasing the proportion of electric and low-emission vehicles in our fleet.

  • Integrity: we are stepping up our actions against corruption and for ethical governance by raising awareness among our employees of the fight against corruption.

We firmly believe that our responsibility as a company goes beyond economic benefits. That's why we work actively to have a positive impact on society and the environment.

Every action counts, and it is by working together with our partners, customers and employees that we can make a real difference. We invite all our stakeholders to join us in working towards a more sustainable and ethical future.
