Guy TEMPEREAU, Chairman of the Governance and Management Board, is pleased to announce the appointment of Benoît PEDOUSSAUT as CEO of SERIS Group as of October 4th.
He will be responsible for implementing the Group's strategy and policy and for the operational management of its activities in Europe and Africa.
To achieve this, he will be supported by the Executive Committee and the Group's headquarters team, which report directly to him.
The SERIS Group Executive Committee is composed of 6 members:

Benoît PEDOUSSAUT, 56 years old, arrives from the SONEPAR Group where he was most recently in charge of the strategy and acquisitions of this family-owned group, world leader in the distribution of electrical equipment. He was previously Managing Director of SONEPAR France (turnover = €2.2 billion), a company he profoundly transformed for nearly 6 years. He was previously with the La Poste Group where he worked for 7 years.
