In Europe, in America, in Africa, ... On Monday 8 March and as every year, many countries around the world took action on the occasion of International Women's Day. But because all other days count just as much, we wanted to look back at the mobilisation of our women's teams in Niger and Gabon.

"Women's leadership is an opportunity for tomorrow's companies to give women greater leadership and visibility. Women's skills and qualities such as benevolence, altruism and sharing lead women to lead their work teams differently from men. They are passionate and committed to their work and always want to move forward. This positive attitude enables them to get strong support from their teams."
