As part of this agreement, SERIS France is committed to offering concrete benefits to volunteer firefighters employed within the Group, including:
- Up to 10 days' paid leave for missions and training,
- Full salary continuation during these periods,
- Official recognition with the ‘Employeur partenaire national des sapeurs-pompiers’ label.
